Feltech is one of the country's leading broadcast equipment service facilities, able to cope with the latest formats and technologies.

Care and attention taken by Feltech in the equipment specification, systems design and installation result in highly reliable solutions for our customers and of course all systems are backed up by a full warranty. However, all systems require regular maintenance in order that they can continue to offer the same level of service month after month.

To this end, our dedicated Service Department is home to a team of highly skilled and experienced engineers who undergo a regular programme of training, both in-house and with the major manufacturers.

The Service Department provides the following key services:

Equipment Repair / Service - All of the major formats of VTR and Camcorder can be serviced including the latest HD machines. As well as video machines, we are able to service a wide range of equipment including monitors, projectors and other AV products.

Technical Call Out Service - Resolving systems related problems, or replacing/repairing components on site where a return to workshop is not viable.

Maintenance Contracts - Individually tailored contracts to provide for regular and/or preventative service attention. This option is especially popular with educational establishments and government departments.
