The GPA Announces Global Service Desk for Unified Communications and AV at ISE

February 8, 2016, Amsterdam, Netherlands — Over 60 executives from 24 Global Presence Alliance (GPA) members around the World have traveled to Amsterdam to attend Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) and enjoy a packed schedule of member, partner and customer meetings in preparation for a busy year of unified communications and audiovisual global deployments.
Plans will be unveiled for the launch of the GPA’s 24×7 multilingual global service desk, providing first line and expert support services for enterprises with both traditional audiovisual and room based video conferencing together with desktop and mobile UC applications from Cisco and Microsoft.
